Hi friends and YAY for Friday! I was supposed to go fishing with Brian and his girls at his company ranch this weekend, but the dang cold kept me home. 
It’s okay though- I don’t want to get anyone else sick and I’m sure there will be a raincheck.
I am starting to feel better after going to the doctor and getting a steroid shot plus medicine. I even went for a slow walk around my neighborhood yesterday and that felt really good. I feel like I haven’t exercised in forever. A little break probably did my body good, but now I’m itching to get back to it!

For Size Reference: I’m a shorty (5’1) and petite, weighing about 110. I typically wear size 0p/25 jeans, XS or XSP in tops and dresses. Lots of times the smallest size on Amazon is a Small, so in that case, that’s what I ordered.

These jean shorts were in my last Amazon post and I’m crazy for them! They have a comfortable higher rise and fit perfectly without gaping in the back. I’m also smitten with the faded blue color “tango light”, but now I’m looking at the white and dark blue.
The tank is giving me Madewell vibes with the navy background and rainbow chevron stripes.

This canvas crossbody bag quickly became a fave and is in daily use. It’s the perfect size and perfectly casual for Summer. I dig the black and white, but it comes in other colors.

Gotta love a good pair of pull-on shorts. They’re as easy to wear as jean shorts, but you just feel like you put a little more effort into your outfit. These are really soft with a relaxed leg opening, deep pockets and a tie waist.
The tank is an easy choice and also looks great with jeans and skirts. The pink color is pretty in person!

How cute is this outfit?! I love the little embroidered stitching and tassels on the shorts and they’re so comfortable. They pull on with a stretchy, elastic waistband and then tie at the waist.
The eyelet top is pretty too- a little bit on the sheer side, but my neutral bra isn’t really showing.

I found a new pair of jeans I’m smitten with! They’re by Amazon Essentials and a mix between a jean and jegging. They’re contstucted like a jean with a real zipper fly, button closure, belt loops and pockets, but they’re soft and stretchy like a jegging.
The high rise and non-distressing makes your legs look so long and lean and they’re insanely comfortable. And the 0short fit me perfectly!! I can cuff the ankle if I want to, but don’t have to.

For a sassier look, I paired it with this off shoulder top. It has statement bell sleeves, pin dot texture and the color is vibrant and happy!

As much as I love getting dolled up, my go-to uniform is comfy and cute. I adore this circle cardigan and like how it’s on the sporty side with a sweatshirt-like material. You can cuff the sleeves or leave them long. It fits perfectly and isn’t too overwhelming for a petite frame.

These tanks are a MUST HAVE. I wear them alone, under cardigans, to sleep in- you name it. They have a flattering scoop neck, nice shoulder, longer length and great price!
I wasn’t expecting much from this tee, but it’s so cute on! The tulip sleeve is sweet and the v-neck is on the conservative side, making it easy to dress up for work. I love pink and white together for Summer, so the white jeans were a no brainer.

These ribcage, wide leg jeans are such a great alternative to your skinnies. They’re supposed to be more crop length (at least that’s how they look on the model), but I like where they hit me. The come in several color options.

Y’all this athletic skirt is actually shorts underneath! And it’s so cute and comfortable! You could definitely workout in it (I think it’s meant for tennis/golf), or run your weekend errands. The shorts have a 4.5 inch inseam and fit comfortably under the skirt. There’s also two size pockets.

I ended up cutting the long shoestrings and knotting them at the end. I’m so happy I found my right size (sized down 1/2) because these sneakers are so easy to wear, comfortable and lightweight.

Here’s a perfect tunic tee for Summer with leggings. I like the short sleeves, soft-as-butter material, and stripes. It also has a casual drop shoulder and is long enough to cover the bum.
The leggings are a great budget find without sacrificing quality or comfort. They’re the 7/8 length (my preferred length for showing some ankle) and seamless on the outside.

Oh man, these joggers are so good! They feel great on your skin- made with lyocell/tencel (produced using recyclable, Earth-friendly solvents. When blended with cotton, tencel adds wrinkle-resistance and the lustrous feel of a silk.)
They have the cutest shape too, with an elastic hem and waistband, wide pockets and drawstring waist.

I’m crazy for this dress! Isn’t the gingham print pretty and the shoulder ties are a silky material, which dresses it up a bit. The smocked bodice is comfortable and secures you in.
Style Tip : If you don’t enjoy ties at your shoulders, pull the top tie down to your back and tie it behind you there.

Here’s a similar dress in aqua, but it falls all the way to the floor, maxi style. It comes in lots of colors to choose from and would be beautiful at a summer wedding, church or other event.

If only this maxi dress wasn’t too big on me. The fabric is luxuriously soft and the style is lovely! I like the print and pockets, but I recommend sizing down.

Don’t you always feel so feminine when you’re wearing a skirt. This one is a comfortable, pull-on style with a gorgeous floral print. I like how it’s kind of neutral with rose tones mixed in – goes perfectly with this tank I showed you last week.

If you like a heeled sandal, but not too high, you’ll LOVE these. They are absolutely darling with just a little bit of lift. Enough to give you some height, but not enough to hurt your feet or be difficult to walk in. I chose the gold, but they come in more colors.

I have this dress in black and wear it often as a coverup, so I ordered the “purple grey” and I really like this color for a change. It’s so easy to throw on over your head- I always choose it after a spray or self tan too while I’m waiting for the color to dry.
