Hi friends! Yay for Friday!! We don’t have anything on the agenda except for Tarah’s baby shower and that will be so fun! They girls are throwing her a “high tea” themed party and have overlooked no detail, so I know it will be fabulous!
My Amazon Home and Patio Refresh inspired me to do more decluttering on Thursday, so my house if feeling super light and fresh. I’ll plan to share photos with you soon!

DRESSING ROOM
Now onto a brand new dressing room posts full of things for Summer! I’ve got vacay on the brain, so I have several warm weather outfits, cute dresses and coverups to share.
JEWELRY WORN: Target Statement Necklace (goes with nearly everything! And it’s in my Loves GIVEAWAY) • Tube Bracelets (solid) • Tube Bracelets (mixed) • Budha Girl Bracelets, Apple Watch, Tory Burch Watch Strap, and Hoop Earrings.
SIZE REFERENCE: I’m petite, 5’1, about 110 pounds. I usually wear 0P or 25Short in jeans and XS in tops.
DRESSES
Oh man, did Target hit it out of the park with this one and you saw it in this Best Dressed Guest post! It would be perfect for a party or if you have a Summer wedding to attend. It slips on over your head and then flows away from the body in a lightweight material. The punchy pink is what got me, but it comes in other colors and prints.
Dress Fit: I’m wearing an XS and it comes in plus sizes.
It also has pockets and the neckline is on the conservative side.

Here’s a closer look at the bracelets I’m wearing with most of these outfits. I ordered two sets of three and the cool thing is you can choose from so many different shades and types. They are on a stretchy elastic, so they slip right over your hand and they look so chic!
Another darling Target find is this white dress with crochet detail and tassels. It’s fully lined with a playful flutter sleeve. I love how the studded sandals dress it up.

I felt so elegant and chic in this midi dress! The brushstroke pattern is a modern take on this classic style dress. It feels silky smooth against your skin and has a beautiful movement when you walk.

Heels Fit : I sized up half so the top strap wouldn’t be so tight across my foot
I’m SO CRAZY for this party dress! Isn’t it fabulous with the bright fushia and exaggerated puff sleeves?! It’s a perfect fit and flare style with a bit of sexiness in the v-neckline and it has a keyhole, smocked back! I’m holding onto this one for my next Summer shindig! It also comes in white and black and is fully lined.

Here’s a dress that can take you from work to weekend. It has a pretty shape with a smocked/elastic waist and wrists. The petite buttons go from chest to hem and you could add a wide belt to accessorize it. The animal pattern is subtle, almost like a pebble print.
Dress Fit: I’m wearing a 0 & sizes going fast!
Based on the hanger, I wasn’t sure I was going to like this dress. Then, I put it on and LOVED it! It’s a thin knit that has more stretch than I envisioned, and the umpire seaming makes your legs look even longer. It’s actually quite comfortable and the color combo is giving me retro vibes. The mint and purple is so fresh for Summer!

JUMPSUIT
Oh man, here’s another jumpsuit I’m loving and I almost wore to an early dinner with Brian yesterday, but it ended up being chilly (so I wore this jeans and this sweater). I’ll save this one for another time!
The jumpsuit is so cute with the dark background and petite flowers and it’s incredibly comfortable. With pockets and a coordinating tie belt, it’s a keeper for sure!

WHITE JEANS OUTFITS
You may have seen these white jeans in yesterday’s post- the jeans I’m loving right now! I’ll recap what I like about them here:
- different from your traditional white skinny jean with a more forgiving cut

Jeans Fit : These jeans come in both regular and petite sizing, from 00P to 18. I’m wearing my true size, 0P, but it’s recommended to size down since they do stretch with wear.
This top is classic Madewell with the ombre stripes, square neck and flutter sleeves, plus a double gauze textured material.

You are Summer weekend ready in this high neck, halter style tank. The orange color isn’t something I normally gravitate to, but it’s working with the white jeans and woven tote! And doesn’t that statement necklace seriously make everything look better?!

Anything with polka dots is super cute, especially when they’re small and white against this pretty shade of green. Off shoulder works for day here with the short sleeves and wedge sandals. Again, I’m loving this necklace with it, although I’d usually pair this kind of top with something more delicate.

This multicolored plaid top is in my May Loves GIVEAWAY! It looks great with these white jeans, but will also go with jeans or shorts. I love the halter style and texture it has.

I found so many things this white top will go with, making it a perfect little Summer top! It’s a linen blend, so it feels a bit more elevated and the flutter sleeve is just darling! And, it’s regular bra friendly! I got mine at Nordstrom, but it looks like it sold out there, good news is that it’s still available and fully stocked in all sizes at Madewell!
I kept this first outfit monochromatic, which is such a fresh, clean look. You can always brighten it up with colorful accessories or keep it neutral.

SHORTS OUTFITS
Next, I paired it with these easy breezy pull on shorts. This is exactly the kind of shorts I like to wear on weekends or vacay. They have a stretchy, elastic waist and pockets and the blue is such a deep, pretty shade. But, they also come in black and white stripes.

For a dressier look, I’m wearing these black shorts from Nordstrom. They have a paperbag waist and simply pull on. I like that they have pockets and they’re only $25.

Here you can see the waist better with a button down top tucked in. The top is an easy breezy, relaxed style dolman button down. You could easily wear this to work and have it transition right into weekend.

And for something sassier! (don’t you like options?!), you can wear a fitted tank or bodysuit and you have a date night look. This tank is ribbed with a button front and comes in three more colors, I’m wearing “rust” and it would be perfect for you UT fans.

JOGGERS
OMG, how have I not found these joggers before?! They are by Zella, called the Live In Joggers and I can see why. The fabric is extra smooth in a poly/spandex blend that literally makes you want to live in them. I also like the slim cut and drawstring waist, plus pockets. You can run to the store in these, drop the kids at school, lounge around the house, meet your friends for coffee all while feeling like you’re in your comfiest pajamas!

ACTIVEWEAR
This is the sports bra I’ve been working out in most lately. I love the high neckline and keyhole back. I can do high impact sports like running in it.

The shorts are by Zella and have a built in lining and comfortable waist. The color is so poppy and energizing!

Getting ready for our Florida vacay in just about 5 weeks has me looking for swimsuits and coverups! I found several I can recommend! The yellow on this one caught my eye and it’s a breezy gauze material with front pockets.
CoverUp fit: I’m wearing an XS
Doesn’t this one look kinda sophisticated?! It’s a watercolor blue (but also comes in more colors – the “melon” is pretty!) with crochet panelling detail at the chest, sides and back. It’s higher in the front and back and longer on the sides.

PAJAMAS
These pajamas are definitely coming with when we travel to Florida with the kids this summer. The top is conservatively cut and will be perfect for cooking breakfast in the morning for a bunch of sleepyheads! The whole outfit is cool and stretchy, and, the blue and white stripe combo says ocean or lake to me! It also comes in solids.
